Payment
Payment in full is required to commence production of all orders. For any questions on payments please email orders@millerhouseshop.com.

Commercial Use
Currently, our wallpapers are only for residential use. If you are interested in using our wallpaper in a commercial project please email orders@millerhouseshop.com.
Shipping
Our wallpaper is printed to order, please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and 5-7 weeks for printing and shipping. Lead times are always changing so these times may shift.
International Orders
If you are interested in purchasing our wallpaper and are outside of the US, please email orders@millerhouseshop.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
Miller House does not accept returns for wallpaper orders especially for installed wallpaper. All of our products are made to order, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering large quantities. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed, please email orders@millershouseshop.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery so we can review your issue.
Product Variation
Due to the bespoke and small batch nature of our products, variations can occur. With the digital printing process there can be variations in color from time to time. We strive to retain a standard consistency but slight allowances may occur.
When purchasing samples, please note that samples are only a close representation of the
production run. If you are color matching to a sample, we highly recommend you purchase the paper for the most accurate color match.
Sale Of Goods
We sell all our products with the belief that they are of the highest quality and will serve their intended purpose. We highly suggest using a professional installer to install our wallpaper in your space. Any and all design defects discovered piror to installation should be reported immediately. All designs are the property of Miller House. Reproduction of our designs is unlawful.
